My wonderful boys came up with the name for the site as well as the slogan - aren't they clever :)

Throughout this site you will find links and information about health and fitness and middle eastern dance.  This site is still under some major construction so I please beg your patience as I learn the ins and outs of developing and maintaing a web site (I'm a few years behind the times)
