Circuit Training
Welcome to a new week of being happy and healthy! :)
This week I will be starting my Circuit Training for the belly dancer that I posted last week. I will be doing this routine for the next 4 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Hopefully by blogging after each session I will be more likely to keep up with my workouts.
This morning I went to Sole Grooves Dance studio to work on my belly dancing. Jenn is a fabulous teacher who takes the time to break things down. We worked on drills with the shoulders and hips, I will ask her this evening to write down the name of the technique and the wonderful isntructor who taught it to her! Yes this means I am going twice in one day - I am so excited! Tonights instructor is Magdelena Fusaro. This woman is AH-MAZ-ZING! I am really looking forward to tonight especially because my sister from a past life and my bff Cecy will be joining me tonight!
