Circuit Training For the Belly Dancer
As a dancer I have found that finding time for resistance training is difficult as I would rather be dancing than “working out”. To that end I have designed this program to be completed two days a week as I am dancing at least four days a week. I have also chosen to use 4 week session lengths. This allows for variety of exercises so muscles will continually be challenged, it also keeps the workouts from being the same old thing.
How it works:

will consist of only 1 circuit. This means that each exercise will only be preformed once |

5 – 8 |
will also consist of only 1 circuit, however the exercises performed will be different |

9 – 12 |
will consist of 2 circuits of Session 1 |
4 |
13-16 |
will consist of 2 circuits of Session 2 |
